CONCIERGE MEMBERSHIP

Concierge membership carries with it guaranteed access to care within 48 hours of request.  Concierge membership entitles you and your immediate family members to 20 concierge visits or 32 concierge quick-fix visits over an 18-month period with 48-hour PRIORITY scheduling.

All visits will be completed by the owner and founder of Ascend Performance Institute, Rick Little PT.  Concierge members will receive courtesy notification of anticipated clinic closures resulting from business travel. Concierge visits consist of 45-minute sessions; 30 minutes of manual therapy, 15 minutes of exercise prescription, instruction, and a home exercise program.  Modalities as needed.  Concierge Quick-fix visits consist of 25 minutes of manual therapy and/or exercise updates as needed.
