INITIAL EVALUATION

1-hour session. 15-20 minutes of evaluation, review of systems, and review of diagnostics. 20+ minutes of manual therapy interventions. 15 minutes of exercise prescription and education. Modalities as needed.

This is required for the first visit and for existing clients who have not been seen for over a year OR who present with a new area of concern/diagnosis.
