Kevin Bierle PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, COMT
Kevin Bierle is a licensed physical therapist with over 8 years of experience helping active adults return to the activities they value most. His treatment philosophy combines orthopedic manual therapy with functional, movement-based training to restore performance in activities such as hiking, tennis, pickleball, and other recreational sports.
Kevin earned his degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas, and has pursued extensive advanced training throughout his career. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) and a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT). These credentials reflect advanced expertise in manual therapy, clinical reasoning, and the management of complex musculoskeletal conditions.
Prior to relocating to Scottsdale, Arizona, Kevin served as a Clinic Director in Dallas, where he led clinical operations and mentored therapists. He has since practiced in a high-value, cash-based setting, working with individuals experiencing chronic pain as well as those seeking a proactive, performance-focused approach to their health. He specializes in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance—helping clients recover from injury, prevent future issues, and maintain strength, mobility, and resilience over time.
Kevin takes a collaborative, practical approach to care, emphasizing education, movement, and long-term self-management. His goal is to help clients return to a high level of function with confidence, while continuing to participate in the activities they enjoy.
Outside of the clinic, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. He is an avid tennis player, enjoys hiking throughout Arizona, and enjoys exploring new restaurants.
